Q : What kind service are we offering ?
A : We are offering, Handyman Service and Appliance Repair Service, Assembly Service, Basic Locksmith (residential) Service. No Flooring, No Windows or Door service, No Roofing.
Q : How much is an Appliance Service Call fee ?
A : Appliance Service Call fee is $65.00/each Appliance, no matter issue on it easy fix or difficult.
Q : Any additional fee for Appliance service call?
A : Service call fee charged only for our team visit to your property and to diagnose your appliance. Full repair fee will be $130.00 (No tax for labor only)
This cost depends if we use any parts by state tax.
Q : Where is our service area ?
A : Our Service Area limited only Palm Beach County and Surround area. Please check our service area first.
Q : Handyman Projects are any service fee or hidden fee ?
A : No, All of handyman projects are free estimate.
Q : Can I use your service, my condo at City Place ?
A : We are sorry to say that but we don't have any kind service for city place towers or downtown towers because to many paperwork, parking problem etc.
Q : I used your service 20 days ego for an issue on my washer machine but its on same issue right now again, can you help me ?
A : Sure, Our service 30 days under our warranty. We would re-fix or refund which ever works with you.
Q : I want to have install a fresh electric line for my patio will be used new GFI and ceiling fan, can you do that ?
A : Sorry to say that but all of new line installation projects (Electrical or Plumbing line) have to be done with licensed contractor.
Q : Can you replace my hot tub ?
A : No, Hot Tub replacement or hauling subject a license and city permit.
Q : Can you go over my vacant property for to provide an estimate ?
A : We are sorry to tell you that but we don't have any estimating service for vacant properties unless the owner or Owner's representative escort to our team .
Q : My tenant has a problem with the dryer machine, can you go there and fix it ?
A : Yes absolutely we can. But only thing you need to pay service fee ($65.00) on upfront via ZeLLe, Paypal or Venmo.
